I had a lovely reflexology session with Anne yesterday, from the moment I walked in, the calming atmosphere helped me start to unwind. Anne is so attentive, taking the time to listen and taking note of any pains.
The session was very relaxing. I felt great relief with the gentle movements & my tension headache greatly eased. Anne is great to explain the movement & target points after the session. I felt completely relaxed—both physically and mentally at the end. I’d highly recommend Anne and the Talamh experience.

My session with Anne today was special. Anne stands out from others for 1 reason she cares, your not just another number. Anne takes the time at the start to chat with you and get a sense of where you are at. Anne is aware of whats going on with my life at the moment and has taken the time to support me through it why was this session special? Everything just seemed to fall into place and was relevant even down to the music. Normally I fall asleep but not this time. It was like my body knew I needed something else which was for me to make peace with myself and I really felt that happened last night. Having someone to take the time and to build up a relationship with you makes the difference. Anne helped me achieve making peace with myself and I left feeling emotional but also lighter.
