Another great session with Anne. People ask me what does Reflexology feel like and for me it is not something I can describe as every session is different and feels different. The one thing that is consistent is that I always sleep better after it and feel lighter. Don't let not liking people touch your feet put you off because its different to a foot massage. have only ever done Reflexology with Anne and one thing I will say is Anne always gives the personal touch starting with a chat to check in on how you are. That for me is vital as we now live in a world where everything is computerised and the personal touch is gone. With Anne there is no rushing you and I can say I dont have the same issues I had with my sinuses before starting which means I havent had to be taken medication for my sinus.
I always fall into a deep sleep during the session and definitely feel the benefit of that

I had a lovely reflexology session with Anne yesterday, from the moment I walked in, the calming atmosphere helped me start to unwind. Anne is so attentive, taking the time to listen and taking note of any pains.
The session was very relaxing. I felt great relief with the gentle movements & my tension headache greatly eased. Anne is great to explain the movement & target points after the session. I felt completely relaxed—both physically and mentally at the end. I’d highly recommend Anne and the Talamh experience.

My session with Anne today was special. Anne stands out from others for 1 reason she cares, your not just another number. Anne takes the time at the start to chat with you and get a sense of where you are at. Anne is aware of whats going on with my life at the moment and has taken the time to support me through it why was this session special? Everything just seemed to fall into place and was relevant even down to the music. Normally I fall asleep but not this time. It was like my body knew I needed something else which was for me to make peace with myself and I really felt that happened last night. Having someone to take the time and to build up a relationship with you makes the difference. Anne helped me achieve making peace with myself and I left feeling emotional but also lighter.
